Ka Huakaʻi a Liholiho & Kamāmalu is the second publication from the Native Hawaiian Student Services Hale Paʻi Student Publication project, an initiative inspired by the student publication efforts at the Hawaiian Kingdom's first college, Lahainaluna, established in 1831. Like the Hale Paʻi at Lahainaluna, we aim to engage Hawaiian college students today in Hawaiian research and the publication process, and disseminating our learning and research to our broader lāhui to collectively share and honor our rich and proud history.

NHSS Hale Paʻi Editorial Board: Nalani Balutski, Kanoe Pacheco, Willy Kauai, and Kahele Dukelow.
