Where does Native Books ship to?
We ship to all fifty United States as well as U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO via the US Postal Service.
Does Native Books ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are not taking international orders.
Do you buy rare, out-of-print, or used books?
Yes! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your used books.
What if my book is out of stock?
Out-of-stock items will be backordered. You will be contacted by phone or email if the item is unavailable. Your credit card will be billed for items when they are shipped. There are no charges for backorders.
What is the Exchange and Refund Policy?
We at Native Books want you to be completely satisfied with the quality and value of your online purchase. If you received damaged or defective merchandise, we will happily replace the item and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement item. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at email@example.com
You will receive instructions on returning the merchandise. There are no refunds, only store credit. Exchange period is 30 days after delivery/pick up of your item(s).
Can I do a purchase order for my school or library?
Yes. Please visit our 1164 Nu'uana location so that you can have an opportunity to view our entire collection.
Purchase orders that require (5) or more copies of a title may take longer to process, as we order upon request.
We offer discounts to educational purchasers when we can, particularly for larger orders and classroom sets. If you can’t make it down please call our store at (808) 548-5554 to inquire about our stock before you turn in your PO. We can give you estimates on how much everything may cost (especially if youʻre requiring shipping).
