Follow the story of Holu, a shy he'e (octopus) that has been living his life happily with his friends at the bottom of the ocean. However, one day, his life changes when a big fish arrives who begins to bully Holu.

Holu is very upset and his friends are reluctant to help until the grandfather shows Holu and his friends the importance of dealing with bullies. Holu and his friends end up learning important life lessons along the way.
